Half of the above parts may be replaced with 3 tablespoons of beans, split peas, lentils, other legumes. A normal portion of meat (prefer fresh), a normal portion of cooked vegetables of any kind, even beets (4 tablespoons).

A small amount of oil: sunflower, soybean, corn, etc.. (1 tablespoon). Normal amount of fruit (any kind) 1 cup fruit juice;

Snack: the same as the breakfast

Dinner: the same as lunch.

Supper: 1 cup milk, 1 French bread roll (50g) tip of a knife margarine (5g), as at breakfast.
